112 in 2012 (#9)

During the Easter Break we took the family to Ragley Hall near Alcester, Warwickshire.  It was a lovely day out even though it threatened rain the whole time we were there and the house and grounds were beautiful.

This is the front of the house...

...and this was the back.

The grounds went on for as far as the eye could see and the fields were peppered with sheep and their lambs.

As you can imagine the grounds provided several photographic opportunities and I was able to capture a few more shots for the "112 in 2012" challenge.

Beautiful! It's places like these that give me the romantic notion that living in England would be fabulous.

Love the little girl statue. Isn't it fun when they incorporate the art with the landscape.

My first thought as I looked at the back of the house....wouldn't want to be the person in charge of cleaning windows!!!!
