Half way done on my Applique

I've been steadily working on my Apple Blossom BOM (from her newsletter) while waiting for the DD2 at ballet lessons.  There are 12 blocks all together and so far I've completed 6.  I'm still using the Floriani Stitch N Wash fusible to give me an edge to turn to and I think eventually I'll  have "trained" my hands and brain to try needle turn without it :o)  But I will wait for a different project to try that and stick with one method until this completed.

Until next time...

I know I am repeating everyone else, but these are wonderful! I am curious about how the wash away fusible method works?

I am not a quilter but can appreciate the time, skill and creativity involved. Your applique is lovely and I'm enjoying your blog.

I have been receiving the newsletter, but mentally marked this project as "later".

Your blocks are fabulous, maybe I need to make this a "sooner".
