Playing with Black and White

Last weekend while on a visit with my in-laws we went for a walk in Park Hall Country Park in Stoke-on-Trent.  The sun was bright and was casting some fab shadows which I thought would look great in black and white photography.

Interesting how the contrails in the sky echo some of the ruts in the roads. Stirs my imagination.

Fabulous pictures, but I'm disappointed, as I thought the black and white would be quilt blocks!
