Frosty the ...

Garden....Bet you thought I'd say snowman... :o)

Like many of you that are in the northern hemisphere it has been rather chilly around here.  This morning there was snow on the ground and quite surprisingly for the UK it is still there tonight!  (Normally it melts during the day)

This past weekend while I was visiting my in-laws I ventured into the garden with camera in hand to capture the frost...and here are a few of my best shots...I'm rather pleased with them.

Your photo's are lovely - it's amazing how beautiful frost is - despite the danger it holds.

Great pictures - maybe we're finally getting back to having 'proper' seasons instead of warm rainy winters.

Great job of capturing the fleeting frost. Isn't nature pretty? We have passed the frosty mornings and moved into snow and snowballs. :)

Beautiful photos Jane - must find a spare ten minutes to have a play :o) Thanks for sharing - Somerset is singularly snowfree this morning - think we're the only place that is! (much to the kids disgust!)

Such beautiful photos. We rarely get frost over here. I'm trying not to get jealous of all the wintery photos that people are putting up.
